How To Make a Return or Exchange
PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE ANY SHOES ARE SENT BACK TO US FOR AN EXCHANGE AUTHORIZATION
We do not accept returns and offer exchanges only. Buyer must email support@clogsforcomfort.net within 30 days of receipt of item for an exchange. Buyer must return shoes in new condition "unworn and walked in" for an exchange, or shoes will be sent back to the buyer.
Please include a note with your order number as well as the shoe you would like for in exchange.
If in rare cases the result is in our error then we will pay return shipping cost and correct the error.
However if it is the result of the buyers error then the buyer must pay for shipping the merchandise back to us and it is the buyers responsibility to insure the shipment. The buyer must also pay a $5 fee to have the correct shoes shipped back to them.
We do this to allow you to have the lowest prices on the web. You can pay more somewhere else and get free return shipping and a long return policy, but you are secretly paying your return shipping costs with that inflated price.
